Orders & Shipping

  • Where's my order?
    • *NOTE: Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in processing and shipping your order. We are practicing social distancing in our workplace under the safety and health guidelines in place to keep our team safe. This means your tracking may be delayed and different from the guidelines provided in our Shipping and Delivery page. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your orders to you as soon as possible.
    • All orders are sent to our manufacturers for processing within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing times generally take between 1-3 days. This includes preparing the order and making sure that everything is accurate. Please note that Processing time is separate from Shipping time.

  • How do I cancel my order?
    • Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via email at info@leanne.shop for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our returns process.
  • Can I exchange my order?
    • We are currently not set up for exchanges. Please reach out to info@leanne.shop to start a return. Once approved and received, we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund for all the items we’ve received (please be sure to review our Return Policy). We will email you a refund notification once this has been processed. Once processed, please allow a few days for the refund to reflect onto your original form of payment.
  • I forgot to add an item to my order, can I make a change before it ships?
    • Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing for shipping. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for the additional items.
  • Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?
    • Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing for shipping. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the items you didn’t mean to order.
  • Where is my shipping information?
    • Sometimes it may take some time to update the information. If your order is coming from our international warehouses, it is in transit or clearing customs and the information will not be updated until it reaches next shipping station.
    • Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in time.
    • Please feel free to contact us for updates.
  • Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?
    • You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service below. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined.
  • How long do items take to arrive?
    • Due to COVID-19, we're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer. There may be a 2-4 day delay in processing your orders instead of our standard 1-3 day processing. Please note that processing times do not include shipping times.
    • Standard Shipping times in the US vary per location. If your order is coming from our international warehouses, it can take between 7-21 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?
    • We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To see full policy, click here.
  • How do I request a return?
    • To start a return, you can contact us at info@leanne.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    • Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. We’ll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

  • The style/size/color/item I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?
    • LEANNE comes up with new collections and items periodically. If something is out of stock, you can sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on any new and restocked items.
  • Do you provide price matching or adjustments?
    • LEANNE does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

International Orders

  • Do you ship internationally?
    • LEANNE does not currently ship internationally.

Store Locations

  • Do you have any store locations?
    • At this time, LEANNE is available online only and does not have any physical stores.
