Shipping and Delivery

*NOTE: Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in processing and shipping your order. We are practicing social distancing in our workplace under the safety and health guidelines in place to keep our team safe. This means your tracking may be delayed and different from the guidelines below. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your orders to you as soon as possible.


All orders are sent to our manufacturers for processing within 24 hours after the order is placed. Processing times generally take between 1-3 days. This includes preparing the order and making sure that everything is accurate. Please note that Processing time is separate from Shipping time.

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 to 21 business days to arrive, but can be faster or longer depending on the destination.

We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

LEANNE does not currently ship outside the United States.



Refused shipments
If you refuse a shipment from LEANNE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to LEANNE. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
